kentuckynet
ELSA Flight design friends, who is your insurance carrier and what do you pay? and do any of you have private grass strips?
Jim Meade
Mine is 1406 and did not change when I went ELSA. The only question the insurance company had was whether in going ELSA I was adding enough electronics to need to reconsider hull value. I do not have a private grass strip but fly in and out of grass frequently. Did three a couple of days ago. I'm hangared on a paved airport but the ins. co. knows I fly off grass. chanik
I used Myers Pacific to get Chartis underwritten policy $80K and Million liability, etc. $1576 but I have a low time pilot also listed on it. ELSA didn't matter

What is your hull value, if you don't mind me asking. I'm considering recertifying my LS. PRW
