Animosity2k
The other day I noticed my AOA indicator on my Dynon Skyview was on all the time from taxi, to takeoff, to flying. It wasn't beeping, but was always displayed on the screen. Prior to me bumping my wing into the hangar wall I don't recall this. Does anyone know if this is always displayed? Tom Baker
It probably was. It may not be working because the line didn't get connected properly. There is a disconnect in the wing root for when the wing is removed.

There is a disconnect in the wing root for when the wing is removed. So I would literally have to have the wing removed again? I think at this point I'll just leave it alone rather than spend another $750 to fix it. Is there a way I can completely disable it in the Dynon so I don't need to look at it anymore? If it's not there to annoy me it's really not a problem.
Animosity2k
Actually Tom, here is a photo I took on the runway the day of my wing incident but this was BEFORE I hit the wing. I noticed that day before takeoff the AOA indicator seemed off...
