coppercity
I have been using this Halo headset from Quiet Technologies in our CT's for the last month and have found it works very well for a passive system. Super lightweight, and audio quality is very good. No fancy Bluetooth features but a good headset if you are spending lots of hours in the cockpit. rtk
i use the QT Halos as well. They are quite good, but you do need to change the earbud foam regularly to get the best seal (don't be cheap like me and try to extend their use.) I went back to the Bose X for the ANR, but the QT Halos are close to being as quiet, especially for a passive headset. Plus they are compact and a great backup set if the batteries or headset fail on the active ANR set.
CTDan
I’m happy with Clarity Aloft too. I've not tried the Halos but might give them a shot next time around. Thanks for the review.
