IMG_1428.MOV 9.45 MB · 4 downloads yes that's too much. Leaving it like this and it will get worse and you may have issues fixing it. You need a new suspension pin. The original pin is 8mm wide and mine are 8.2mm wide to take up the wear and if need be you could sand or file it down. You want a nice snug fit in the pin slot so you have no left or right movement. You can get away with 1/4" ply, but yours is too much. You need to lift the front end up about 2" off the ground and let it down firmly. It should have NO play at all up and down. If you do you need to replace the 6 red front suspension dampeners. It would be easier and less maint. in the future if you just replace both the pin and dampeners at the same time.
