Byron maclean
Good day all. Happy Canada day for us north folks and happy 4 th July for the south. I have recently purchased a 2005 ctls and we are in need of hand controls for rudder. My understanding is that there may be some kicking around not being used. We own a flight school and our chief flight instructor is paraplegic and it would be nice to have him flying this plane. If anyone has any leads or knows where I might be able to pick one up it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Byron maclean
Anticept
There is a mod to provide a handbrake for a single armed amputee. Is that what you are thinking of?
Tom Baker
Able Flight had a couple CTLS with hand controls, not sure where they are now. I'm pretty sure Frank Bormann with Flight Design Technik was who engineered the installation. http://www.aero-news.net/index.cfm?do=main.textpost&id=a9a528ec-ab7a-4806-b4c1-b7c31c4640dc
