Anticept
DCPR8E, type 4339. There is another DCPR8E without the removable screw cap, and you can't use them.

Anticept
If you don't see threads in a hole when looking at the top of the plug, they are mislabled. 4339 have removable threaded tops, revealing the thread. If you don't see a threaded hole in the plug top, they're not 4339, they're the other kind.
Roger Lee
You’ll need a pair of pliers to break lose the top cap.
Anticept
I have just discovered there is a third terminal type. Here are the three kinds: Solid caps: do not use, these are solid bulb tops. Incompatible. Removable caps. This is the one commonly found and the one I always recommended, 4339 is printed on the box. Stud type: does not come with a bulb cap. Threaded only. If you happen to find a source comparable to removable, let us know! https://www.ngk.com/spark-plug-terminal-types Edit: there are no threaded stud only types for DCPR8E. Only 4179 solid cap (do not use) and 4339 removable cap (this is what you want).
