3D CT Models

I found some 3D CTSW and CTLS models on CG Trader. 
 

The artist is very responsive and sent me STL files I can drop into my 3D printer, and is also customizing a 3D model with my tail number and paint scheme for me.

When you can, could you show us some capture of your 3D printer software with the STL ?

If you would like the model please purchase it from CG Trader and support the artist. They have put a lot of effort into it! It has fully articulated controls and cockpit. 
 

Once you have your own STL we can certainly share tips and tricks for printing it. I’ve already started a few test prints to dial in some settings.

Wow, the artist sent me the model in pieces for 3D printing! They have alignment tabs built in and everything! All I have to do is arrange them on the print bed and hit print

Of course, this is why I ask for a screen shot like the one you do and not for the STL, just to have an idea of the different pieces and if my printer is good enough for this.

I have been looking for a "Model" of the CTsw for a while now.  This is almost exactly what I have been looking for. Thanks for posting this. I registered on the CG trader and found the CT. It has right on the model description "Not ready to 3D print" I sent an email to the " builder" we will see what he has to say.

I registered on the CG trader web sight. I was able to send the artist an direct message. He replied fairly quickly. He has an STL file available for 3D printing. He requested that I send him an E-mail directly and he will provide the STL The current price in USD is 20. I am planning on buying the files. I will print and build the model then post the results over here.

Yeah, I kick started the conversation with this gentleman and had him break the master model apart. It's on my back burner at the moment.
