Well I've been flying behind my new panel for about 8 months now and I absolutely love it:

I was holding onto all the stuff I replaced just in case I had squawks or issues with the new setup, but I think I'm ready to part with this stuff.  Here are some pictures of the various items I've got leftover that need to find a new home (Garmin 496 with custom mount, old ADI autopilot, TruTrak servos, panels, bunch of wires and connectors).  Reach out to me if you're interested in any or all of it and make me an offer:

I've also got an extra Dynon D100 and D120 that I've tested and properly configured, but I'm thinking I'll keep them as spares in case anything ever goes wrong with the ones in the panel.

I basically built my own Lift Reserve Indicator along the same lines as this guy:

The Dynon has the built-in AoA but I've been disappointed with it's function at different flap settings (seems like if I calibrate it following the instructions it gives me good info on approach with 30 flaps, but then is always screaming at me that I'm about to stall when I'm in cruise at -6 flaps) - I've spent a lot of time on the phone with Dynon but they don't have much info on this old system.  If anyone has a positive experience with the Dynon AoA in their CTSW I'd be curious to hear about it.  So I just T'd into the same lines that feed the Dynon AoA sensor and put them into this vacuum gauge to create an analog LRI.  It's super helpful - I fly with one on my other plane as well and wouldn't go without it.
