mocfly
I noticed that the xmt/power light gets brighter when the lighting pot is turned clockwise. Is this normal or one more electrical issue with this ac? You can view the video here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqVn9PXqIgY Thanks in advance Chris
Roger Lee
I almost never turn on the inside lights. My intercom light is always bright. I'm going to the field in the morning and I'll have to check.

coppercity
I don't recall seeing that on my LS or SW and I fly at night often. There is a dimmer input on the 4place PM3000 on pin 5, my guess is someone hooked this up on yours. I wish that dimmer feature was on the flap display, that thing is bright at night! mocfly
I can't imagine who would do that. Oddly, when full bright if you pull the dimmer it doesn't shut off. I believe the print shows it should
coppercity
Well my LS has the dimmer function hooked up as well, goes to show how observant I am! Never noticed it before.
Roger Lee
Mine stays bright all the time. It isn't affected. It is just how it is wired. I wouldn't worry too much. If it's bothering you too much the wire could be moved. Maybe FD is doing something different now.
