NC Bill Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 After 300 hrs I'm going to replace all 3 tires on my 2008 CTLS. I do NOT have Tundras. Can someone confirm the proper tire size for all 3. Is it a good idea to replace the tubes at the same time even though I don't notice any pressure leaks? And are the tubes the same size? I'll have them balanced when installed. Any suggestions on brands and where to buy them? Thanks for the help!
Tom Baker Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 Hi Bill, Your main tires are 4.00 x 6 and the front is a 4.00 x 4. Yes, you should change the older tubes. You can get the tires and tubes from Desser Tires on line. The tubes are the same and it's a very good idea to balance them. Roger is wrong. The CTLS has 4.00x6's all the way around. That was one of the changes between the SW and the LS.
Al Downs Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 I confirm what Tom said. My 2010 has the 6 inch all the way around.
