Dynon EFIS-100 CALIBRATE

Dear my fellow in CT Flier Forum,

 

i just notice if my EFIS using dynon 100 is not giving me a correct data like heading, so between GPS (im using bendix) and EFIS is not right.

GPS is correct one, about 15' different.

 

any body know hot to re calibrated the dynon EFIS 100?.

Hi Bobby,

 

First make sure you have the current software which is 5.4.3

Then get the installation manual from this link or http://www.dynonavionics.com/downloads/Install_Guides/EFIS-D100_Installation_Guide.pdf

 

This will tell you how to calibrate anything for your D-100 EFIS. All calibrations are fairly easy.

After the D100 starts up press the second button from the left. Then press more till you see "setup". Then press the version button and that will display the software version.

If you have an older software version you will need to update the D120 too.
