Roger Lee Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 Hi Guys, I have been working with Dynon some on the fluctuating oil temps. The CHT use the same temp probe, but don't hardly fluctuate where the oil does. The Dynon D120 has a different algorithm set for the oil Dynon would like to know if you switch the wires from the #2 cyl. CHT Temp probe with the oil temp wire does the problem go to that CHT and fluctuate and then the oil temp steady? If you get a chance swap he two wires for just one flight and see what happens. Jim Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 Roger, My A&P and I just finished installing a D-120 EMS in my CT. All temp readings are rock-solid. I had some problems with the fuel pressure fluctuating but it seemed to go away after I re tightened the connection and routed the tach signal a little ways away.
