Doug G.
I am a rookie LSRM-A and this question may reflect that. If I do something that either has or for which I have received an LOA, do I need to submit any paperwork to FD? An example would be the wheel fairing modifications to ease access to the tire stems. Thanks in advance.
Roger Lee
For the mod on the wheel pants, no other paperwork needed. It is a fleet LOA and it's very minor. When ever in question it can never hurt to cover yourself and send an alteration form in. Things this might cover is a prop change, addition of the firewall blanket, ect... Doug G.
The LOA in question was a fleet LOA to allow retro-fitting an Airgizmo to my 696. I have installed it IAW the LOA, but got to wondering if I needed to do anything else.
