Adam
The future of aerial warfare is squadrons of pilotless planes flown either remotely or by computers. You virtually get shot down, you simply take control of another drone over the combat zone waiting on standby or just arriving, perhaps flown by a ferry pilot from a remote destination then handed off to a combat pilot over the conflict zone. Welcome to Terminator and Skynet. The danger of course is a sophisticated enemy government hacker that can assume control of your airforce and turn it against you. Building the best plane and having the best pilot is no longer the edge; having the best network of hackers is. The precursors of that future war are happening now as US and Chinese sponsored hackers test and probe infrastructure on a daily basis. This is CNN reporting...
