Ed Cesnalis
So is my airplane stalling normally for a CT or not...? Maybe your ASI isn't consistent? If you try again would it still break at 50? Maybe it reads fast all the time? Maybe your friend had lead in his pockets?
S3flyer
I'd bet on IAS being wrong otherwise his plane would not be LSA compliant.
Anticept
morden: you have a dynon efis d-100, right? If so, put the plane in a hangar, and recalibrate static pressure. It's a couple buttons done from the efis panel.

FlyingMonkey
Seems easy enough, thanks Anticept. I don't know if that is my problem (or even if there is a problem) but it can't hurt to calibrate it.
Ed Cesnalis
It is not likely that you stall at 50kts unless you are over 1,320lbs. For this to happen you would need a speed mod. Try it on a reciprocal heading as well and use your gps to confirm.
