He uses sheet steel on a programmable plasma cutter. He uses a photograph of the subject, adds color by heat treating and can make surrounding graphics to suit (within reason). As a test he did the following for me, it's about 16" across I think (I have not measured, estimating): If anybody else is interested in something like this for your home or hangar, let me know by private message and I can pass your information along to him. I don't know what the exact cost will be, but I'm guessing from our conversation he's going to charge $50-60 for them.
