Mike Koerner
Very nice... worth repeating. Though the photos you display are free of canopy reflections, they show up in some of the other photos on the photographer's web site such as those of the Tetons (I've climbed both the prominent peaks in that photo). I'm thinking about adding a photo window - like our vent but bigger and better positioned. This was an option at one point. Does anyone have one? What's your opinion of it? Jacques
my friend has one we used it few times together.....Noisy (and windy) when open and give an easy access to thieves I would get a smaller (like the vent) but better located
N89WD
I actually have a picture "vertical" sliding window. It's on the left side and much too low for a horizontal pic. 45* down or more it works fine. The window is really nice down in the islands! Mike Koerner
If either of you (or anyone else) has photos of a photo window, I would certainly appreciate seeing them. I want to do this. I need to figure out how big it needs to be and where to put it, and how to install it. I wonder if our window curvature is too great to use off-the-shelf flat vent windows like these. Jacques, Determined thieves have pretty easy access anyway. In fact, they might do less damage if they can get in easier. Mike Koerner
