Flight Design fatalities

I was looking at CT accidents and see that 7 have died since 2007 some here and some across pond?

I haven't seen that, but I haven't dug too deep to find it.  Where have you seen this information?

I think there have only been two fatalities in the USA, one in Taos, NM and one recently off of Queens, NY.

There was another in NY Summer before last. Crashed into some trees after take off. There was some thought in the pilot having a medical episode being the cause of the crash.
