Some type of "Permission to fly" and transition from PTF to R-TC (left undefined). Any of you rule junkies know what the heck this letter is talking about? CT4ME Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 Because of parts and service availability, it's possible a fleet could be grounded, or the authority to fly rescinded. For that reason this "Service Notification" was issued for the fleet (US?).
