Posted February 11, 2017 Report Share Posted February 11, 2017 So, in order for debris to make it to the float bowls it has to go through a course filter in the tank, the fine filter behind the panel, the gascolatoer filter, and the fuel pump filter...or it comes from somewhere between the fuel pump and the carbs, right? If you have carb debris it came from after the pump and if you have the red Teflon carb hose the only place left is the 14" of rubber hose off the bottom of the pump that connects to the balance tube fuel distribution block.
