iaw4
I wonder whether the 912 engine can be upgraded to a 912iS (engine management, fuel injection). if not, when it is 2000h, can the standard ULS 912 be replaced with an iS in a later-model CTLS ? sincerely, /iaw

Warmi
Wouldn’t it be possible to switch to ELSA and then purchase 912is firewall+engine and replace both ?
Roger Lee
Not feasible. Too many air frame mods would have to be done.
sandpiper
There was(is) an aftermarket FI you can get but I don't know how much work is required ti put it on. Don't know the price either but it's probably more than most want to pay.
S4Flier
Badass Power Sports is the North American distribute for Edge Performance Rotax upgrades. They have an fuel injection, big bore and turbo kits: http://badasspowersports.com/badass-shop/ Looks like the FI package is around $5700 and the big bore around $4300 (taken from the Edge Performance Facebook page). No idea on the labor required to install.
