Roger Lee
Get T-87 (90 degree) stems. Get the heavy duty butyl tubes. If you have 6.00-6 tires get the Monster Tread tire 6 ply. No 8 ply. If you have the 4.00-6 tires make therm 6 ply.
WmInce
I like this better than Desser. http://www.wilkersonaircrafttires.com/index.html
Ed Cesnalis
I like the Aero Trainers better than the Monster Tread. Not for wear but for better looks.

When I inquired about my 6.00x6, I recall him saying that. That is a drawback for sure. It has been a couple of years since I talked to them, so by now, maybe they started carrying them. I would give them a call.

Because it looks good. That's it I'm sending the police over to untie and let the real ED out of the closet.

The smaller 4.00x6 tire that most CT owners use is a Aero Classic tire. I believe Aero Classic is Desser owned manufacturing company. I find that going direct to the source is normally less expensive that buying through a middle man.

I looked around the desser site but wasn’t sure how to find it.
Roger Lee
For which tire? 4.00-4 front tire, 4.00-6 main tire or the 6.00-6 main tire?
Tom Baker
He has the 4.00x6 all around. 4.00x6 Aero classic 6 ply tire. 4.00x6 Leak guard tube with T87 stem. You might ask if they can check the balance on the tires before they send them out.
Runtoeat
If you buy from Desser, do have them check the balance. I asked them to do this last time I bought a front tire but not sure they did check it. No marks on tire to show heavy spot and it took a lot of weight to balance it. John Vance
I bought 4.00-6 tires and heavy-duty tubes from Desser a few weeks ago, and couldn’t find them on the web page. Apparently, they’ve changed part numbers. They told me that tires are now DTR1280, tubes are GL-4087B.
