My alternate nav method is my eyeballs and the sectionals on my iPad. Considering unexpected GPS outage or spoofing, one may also consider: HH VOR and ATC flight following—traffic advisories/ radar navigation based on Transponder squawk. I imagine its the same as Flight Aware. I can do local flights where I never get high enough to see any ground stations and then I don't appear but if go high enough like above 3,000' or near a ground station then I seem to appear. Flight Radar 24 wants me to do a trial to see the data for my airplane, so I can't answer that question. If you want to search N41718 you can. It is equipped with a GDL82.
