Animosity2k Posted April 27, 2020 Report Posted April 27, 2020 Is there a part # to replace the nozzle on the end of the header tank? I spent an hour yesterday trying to tighten it up / clean it up to prevent constant dripping but got nowhere.
Tom Baker Posted April 28, 2020 Report Posted April 28, 2020 I'll post a part number for the valve tomorrow. I'll even post the number for replaceable seal.

Tom Baker Posted April 28, 2020 Report Posted April 28, 2020 I'm fairly certain it is this valve, https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/safaircav110h4.php . And it should be this seal, https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pnpages/MS29513-006.php .

Animosity2k Posted April 28, 2020 Author Report Posted April 28, 2020 Looks like just threads in by hand?
BravoFoxtrot Posted April 28, 2020 Report Posted April 28, 2020 I notice in the description for each o-ring states "not resistant to automotive fuels". Is there a better option available?

Is there a better option available? You could try this for the O-ring. I think it might be what Saf-Air uses from the factory. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pnpages/05-22191.php

Tom Baker Posted April 29, 2020 Report Posted April 29, 2020 I have replaced the o-rings on valves like this before, but not on a CTLSi.
