Animosity2k
Noticed the other day that it feels like the PIC side of the cowling seems to have no clear coat whereas the other side of my cowling seems to feel super slick and shiny. Is there anyway to reapply some clear or polish it back to a nice gloss shine? Thanks
Tom Baker
To the best of my knowledge the CT does not use clear coat on its paint. Most likely you just need to reapply some wax.
Animosity2k
I tried reapplying some and couldn't get it to slicken up. Maybe just needs a good buffing.
sandpiper
Maybe a good polish that has mild abrasive safe for the finish. I have used Composiclean products for many years. For this I would use their Haze Glaze. Has worked really well for me. Or, go to your local auto store and get something like Nu Finish car polish. They also make a product called Scratch Doctor but I would be really careful with that.
