Bill3558
On 3 occassions my the EMS on my 2008 CTLS wouldn’t boot. Just got a blue screen. First 2 times I pulled the connector and sprayed contact cleaner on it, but it went out again. Last time I used a toothbrush on the male and female connectors with liberal amounts of contact cleaner. Seems to be ok now, but I’m wondering if you guys have had the same problem, and if there is a better fix. Loosing all your engine data in flight would suck, downside of glass panel I guess. Data would not go over to the EFIS either. Got a network failure message.
Philip Welsch
Has the "keep alive" wire been cut? Dynon bulletin some time ago.
AGLyme
Take a photo of the network failure message code if it occurs again. Happened to me. There are some full fix/or replace codes Dynon will handle for gratis.
