marakii
I’m a new ct owner of a 2005 CTsw and I’m trying to find brake pads for them. I’m in Canada but does anyone know where I can buy them? Does Aircraft spruce sell them ? Thanks again

Roger Lee
If your brake calipers are silver in color then they are Marc Engegno brakes. Here is a link to where you can buy them.

marakii
So who between the two (flight design USA) or Gold Fren can deliver them to Ontario canada the quickest and cheapest. Thanks again

Tom Baker
I would do a little maintenance to the brake system before I ordered any pads. The pins that the disc float on look really rusty. If they are not to badly pitted they need to be cleaned up and lubed with a very thin coating of synthetic brake grease. Also there is normally a lock washer and flat washer under each pin. When the pins are removed clean the inside of the hole on the disc. You can also remove the pads and deglaze them with a couple swipes of 220 sandpaper. There are also normally a couple springs that help retract the caliper piston. Originally they were around 15mm, but they need cut back to around 8mm or removed completely.
