yes  I going to take a meter tomorrow to see if I have voltage

to the breaker then what should I check  how many volts

should be going to breaker and how many volts goes to

the the flap motor, can I put 12 volts directly

to the the motor. Where does the power come from to

power the flaps or to the breaker? thanks

This will make a difference depending on what model plane you have. LS or SW. Even later LS's have different connections. Take the panel out and then push and twist each wire if this is an SW. If all the wire have been twisted to assure good contact and there is power at the fuse then you most likely have a bad board. That said if someone has had their hands in the back of the center panel or the passenger panel they may have pulled a wire loose.

Pull and reseat the microcontroller. The thing that looks like this: image.png.82a3d0408bd5f7060aff27cec023a823.png

If that doesn't work, flip the board and take a close look for any cracked joints. You will also need to do the same for the relay board mounted on the firewall that is the other half of the flap control, those damn things like to crack joints too.
