ADSB installation, can A&P sign off

A&P can sign off ADSB for certificated aircraft. Can A&P sign off install in SLSA

Yes, an A&P or Light Sport Repairman (LSRM) with a maintenance rating can do it.

For standard category aircraft an A&P does the installation, but the 337 approval for return to service must be signed by an IA.  The A&P who does the work and the IA who approves for return to service can be the same person. The other alternative for standard category aircraft is the work could be performed by a repair station, in which case the person doing the work may or may not be an A&P or have an inspection authorization.
