RON-P
Any body know how to remove the pins from x1 connector on a CTLSI . What type of pin extractor is needed?
Tom Baker
I am afraid most of us here will not know without seeing the connector.

Madhatter
Not a connector used in certified panel mounted equipment. Might want to check with a local electronics store. Why would you remove it?
Tom Baker
The best I can do is this picture. Without a close up of one of the pins, still not sure how to extract. Probably either a tube type extractor from the front, or a split tube from the rear with the plug disassembled.
Anticept
Looks like a cannon plug with a molex pin. A tube extractor would be inserted through the connection side to press down the retaining clips.
RON-P
Thanks to ever one. I did find a YOU TUBE on that connector have ordered parts.
Anticept
This very specific rotax one? If so, congrats. If not, keep in mind there's different sizes. If you can find the specific spec that should immediately answer your question, but if not, you'll have to do measurements on the plug and try to find the right size pin extractor. Even molex has a few sizes.
