My original starter is dying.  It turns over, but very slowly.  Battery is fine and tested.  Does anyone have current experience with the Sky-Tec unit?

I have a used starter sitting on my shelf. It was removed from a misdiagnosis and I opted to keep it. It was removed with an engine that had a few hundred hours, brushes still have tons of life left. Asking 500 + shipping.
