Oil Canister

Hi Folks:

.I always change my oil but the shop (Rotax Certified) did it since it was in for a few other maintenance items. It was time to change the oil today, and the shop placed the foot in the oil canister upside down. Can this cause any damage to the engine/gearbox?

Not much sludge minimal 100 LL used. Changed at about 40 hours. The foot being upside down blocked the oil from flowing out of the drain except at a trickle. My first thought was sludge but that was not the case. I have been running 93 octane ethanol-free and some ethanol 93 as well.

Oil pressure is on the low end near 30 at cruise and 70 at start up decreasing as the engine warms.

Are those numbers with the foot upside down?  Did they come up when the foot was flipped into the correct orientation?  I like to see 40+psi generally.
