Am I operating under a misconception? Mark That's because it is not specifically spelled out in the regulations, but you can get there. Part 43 appendix a paragraph c items 5, 6, 19, and 23. I didn't really think about 23 applying, but it makes sense now. I guess my background makes me more literal and requiring specific wording. Thank you for the education, My Friend.
